Contracts Admin Specialist

Contracts Administration Specialist LHH is working with a non-profit client in seeking a Contracts Administration Specialist to provide immediate support during a high-volume renewal season. This role is critical to maintaining the organization’s contract lifecycle processes, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, and ensuring compliance across all contracts and grant-related activities. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to step in with minimal training. Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Job Type: Temporary (Leave Coverage) Compensation: $35$45/hour Key Responsibilities Draft, prepare, process, and track contracts and amendments Maintain and update the contract management system to ensure data accuracy Review incoming contracts and grants for compliance with regulatory and organizational policies Coordinate with internal stakeholders on scope, budgets, and contractual provisions Monitor and track government and public grant portfolios Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly contract reports and metrics Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or related field 4+ years of experience in contract administration and/or grant compliance Strong working knowledge of: Contract lifecycle management Grant compliance processes Contract management systems Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Paralegal certificate or legal background Experience in nonprofit and/or government environments Master’s degree (legal or related field preferred) Benefit Offerings Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
