Admissions Representative - Inside Sales
Help Future Nurses Find Their Purpose - Healthcare needs you! The schedule is Monday-Friday 9a-6pm or 10a-7pm.
Unitek College is on a mission: to close the nursing shortage gap by preparing compassionate, high-quality nurses and allied health professionals who serve our local communities. And we're growing rapidly as a result! We offer Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing plus diploma programs in Vocational Nursing and Medical Assisting. Every student we recruit is a future frontline caregiver and you'll play a direct role getting them there.
Position: Admissions Representative Nursing & Allied Health Programs

What you'll do:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who've expressed interest in Unitek programs.
Make 100150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
Who you are:
Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
Strong consultative sales approach you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.
Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years' customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
