Position Available At: 7 Magnolia Cove Drive Simpsonville, SC 29680 Hourly Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service. Teacher Responsibilities Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow. Implement the SC state First Steps 4K curriculum to prepare children for success in kindergarten. Support children’s social and emotional development. Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum. Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families. Qualifications Passion for working with young children. At least 18-years-old. High school diploma or equivalent required. Lead teachers will need a BA in ECE or AA with commitment to completing BA. Previous experience working in licensed childcare. Ability to pass background checks & health assessments. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
