Executive Director, Strategic Sourcing

Job Description​The Executive Director, Strategic Sourcing is a senior enterprise leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management strategy in support of high‑quality, affordable, and reliable patient care. This role provides end‑to‑end leadership for Contract Administration, Category Management, and Customer Engagement across BJC Health’s Direct and Indirect Spend categories.The Executive Director ensures sourcing and contracting decisions balance patient safety, clinical quality, service and cost effectiveness. This leader partners closely with clinical, operational, financial, and legal stakeholders to enable patient care while strengthening the organization’s financial and operational performance.The role includes direct leadership of a small senior management team and functional leadership of 30+ sourcing, contracting, and category management professionals BJC Health and will be financial responsibility for $1B+ in spend.Job RequirementsApplicable Experience:10-14 yearsBachelor's DegreeJob DetailsFull TimeDay (United States of America)The best place to get care.
