Mortgage ISA & Appointment Setter | Washington State | Full-Time Remote

We are a Washington State mortgage team looking for an experienced **Inside Sales Agent (ISA) & Appointment Setter** to handle outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, and follow-up.

This is a phone-heavy role. You will be contacting homeowners who may benefit from a refinance program designed to help qualified borrowers lower their interest rate or monthly payment without additional closing costs out of pocket. Your job is to move leads from initial contact through the point where a meeting actually occurs.

You will not simply make calls and pass leads along. You will be responsible for:

* Making consistent outbound cold calls
* Explaining the refinance opportunity clearly and confidently
* Identifying which leads are not a fit
* Developing interested leads into qualified opportunities
* Scheduling appointments for the mortgage team
* Confirming appointments and reducing no-shows
* Following up with leads who miss meetings
* Rescheduling qualified prospects until the meeting occurs
* Completing promised callbacks and follow-up at the agreed time
* Keeping accurate notes and lead statuses inside the team’s custom dashboard
* Learning the team’s sales flow and becoming less dependent on scripts over time
* Providing feedback on objections, lead responses, and conversational patterns

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, articulate, quick-thinking, organized, and persistent.

You should be comfortable having natural conversations rather than reading word-for-word from a script. Strong English, clear pronunciation, and the ability to explain ideas professionally are extremely important.

The right candidate should also be highly disciplined with follow-up. If you tell a lead you will call them at a certain time, you are expected to follow through.

### What We Are Looking For

* Previous ISA, cold calling, appointment setting, mortgage, real estate, or phone-sales experience strongly preferred
* Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation

* Ability to think quickly and handle objections naturally
* Strong organization and pipeline-management skills
* Comfortable using CRM or lead-management systems
* Persistent without being overly aggressive
* Coachable and willing to improve based on feedback
* Strong work ethic and personal accountability
* Comfortable being measured on appointments, show rates, follow-up, and results

### Performance Expectations

Within the first 30 days, you should be confident making outbound calls, learning the sales process, and scheduling approximately **3 to 5 meetings per week** with a no-show rate below **25%**.

By 60 days, you should be more conversational, less reliant on the script, able to provide useful feedback on the sales flow, and scheduling approximately **5 to 10 meetings per week** with a no-show rate below **20%**.

By 90 days, you should be fluent in the sales process, following up on **100% of your commitments**, and scheduling approximately **10 to 15 meetings per week** with a no-show rate below **15%**.

This is a full-time remote position. Candidates may not maintain other active jobs, freelance clients, or outside professional commitments. Responsibilities may not be outsourced or delegated.

**Pay:** $9 to $11 per hour, depending on experience
