We re a youthful, health-conscious, European-inspired brunch truck and Because we are strictly a morning operation, you get the ultimate kitchen schedule: early in, early out, and absolutely no night shifts, ever. Your evenings stay 100% yours. The job includes tasks like cooking eggs, bacon, and gravy, and assembling breakfast and lunch sandwiches in a fast-paced, high-vibe environment. Working in our brunch truck specifically requires excellent time management and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in the truck breakfast service often involves short, intense periods of very high volume.
