Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• Current national NP board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority in NJ
• Experience in a clinical, primary care, or specialty care setting preferred
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• BLS/ACLS certification required
