Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical TelemetryHourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Location: Highland Park HospitalFull Time/Part Time: Full Time, (7pm-7:30am) Night shift with Rotating Weekends.Hours: 36Required Travel: N/AEndeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.What you will do:Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unitUtilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of careGuide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient careCommunicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of carePositively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experienceWhat you will need:License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL requiredEducation: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferredCertification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider requiredExperience: Prior nursing or if new graduate nurse, CNA experience preferredBenefits (For full time or part time positions):Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
