This role is essential in ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and a positive experience for everyone involved in our club.---## **Key Responsibilities*** Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and athletes in person* Provide accurate information regarding programs, tryouts, clinics, tournaments, and club policies* Assist with registration, payments, and account management* Support coaches and leadership with administrative tasks* Address questions and concerns professionally; escalate issues when appropriate* Perform light facility upkeep and cleaning as needed* Assist with apparel sales and merchandise management* Help foster a welcoming, organized, and positive club environment## QualificationsRequired:* Prior customer service and/or administrative experience preferred* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail* Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and online registration platforms* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Strong problem-solving skills* Ability to lift and push up to 25 lbs* Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor* Must be at least 18 years old* Availability to work evenings and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr Socalvbc
