People Analytics Analyst

As a full-time remote People Analytics Analyst, the successful candidate will analyze complex business problems using data, drive automation and data governance, and develop analytics tools to support decision-making in collaboration with various teams within the organization. Key responsibilities Automate data insight reporting and ensure data quality through documentation and standard guidelines Consult with stakeholders to identify desired outcomes and provide scalable analytics and insights for decision-making Develop and execute analytics that inform strategies around people, culture, and leadership within the organization Required qualifications Master's degree in Computational Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Talent Analytics, Survey Design and Analysis, or People Analytics Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and dashboards Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools, including data visualization and manipulation tools Knowledge of scripting and query languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a bonus
