About Our Agency: I opened my agency on January 1, 2018, and we've since grown to two offices with a combined team of about 23 people. From day one, my goal has been to build something bigger than just a business—an organization that makes a real impact on both our customers and our community. We're deeply involved in charitable work throughout the Panhandle. We proudly support the local Make-A-Wish Foundation and have raised over $22,000 in back-to-back years. In addition, we partner with organizations such as the Great Seminole Club, Washington High School Soccer, West Florida High teacher appreciation initiatives, Gulf Breeze Elementary, the Florida Engineering Society, the Optimist Club of Gulf Breeze, Panhandle Soccer, and the End of the Watch Foundation for fallen police officers. Giving back isn't something we do occasionally—it's woven into who we are. Inside the office, we work hard and have fun doing it. Our break room is always stocked with a wide variety of snacks and drinks (a fan favorite among the team). We host quarterly outings and fun team events throughout the year. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
