Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Thermolamination Machine Operator , your core responsibilities will include:
Operating thermolamination machinery to apply laminate to wood and composite materials
Loading and unloading material into the machine safely and efficiently
Monitoring machine cycles to ensure proper bonding, alignment, and surface quality
Inspecting finished product for dimensional accuracy and visual defects
Adjusting machine settings to maintain quality and precision
Using measuring tools to verify tolerances and thickness
Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure product meets specifications
Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
Keeping a clean, safe, and organized work area
Working with production teammates to meet daily output and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous machine operating experience is required
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of dimensional accuracy and blueprint reading
Ability to monitor quality throughout the production process
Preferred Skills:
Woodworking and/or assembly experience (helpful but not required)
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
Mechanically inclined
CNC experience (a plus but not required)
