Responsibilities
- Function as scrub, circulating, or float nurse in the operating room as assigned.
- Provide perioperative nursing care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, ensuring age-appropriate assessments, monitoring, and interventions.
- Participate in site identification and time-out processes for each case; adhere to safety, infection control, and instrumentation standards.
- Rotate to PACU, Outpatient Endoscopy Unit, and Central Service as assigned.
- Maintain a professional, dignified atmosphere on the unit and support performance improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Share call duties as required and willingly perform other duties and innovations as assigned.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligibility in California with licensure obtained prior to start).
- OR nursing experience in scrub, circulating, or float roles within the perioperative setting.
- Ability to provide age-specific care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Availability to work 4x10-hour day shifts with 40 hours per week, including required on-call and rotation as needed.
- Willingness to rotate to PACU, Outpatient Endoscopy Unit, and Central Service as assigned.
- Commitment to comply with site policies, time-out procedures, and infection control standards.
