We’re looking for hungry, high-energy Door-to-Door Sales Setters who thrive in the field, love talking to people, and want to earn based on performance.
This is a fast-paced, field-based opportunity for people who want to maximize income, gain real sales experience, and be part of a competitive team environment .

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation (Setter Role)- Travel with your team to targeted markets
- Knock residential neighborhoods to generate homeowner leads
- Introduce Nova Windows and spark interest in upgrades
- Set in-home or virtual appointments for consultations
- Educate homeowners on energy efficiency and home value
- Top performers can quickly advance into closing roles
- Run in-home consultations and present tailored solutions
- Guide homeowners through product options and pricing
- Close deals and drive higher earnings
