Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.Responsibilities:Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of productAssist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouseInspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouseConduct quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotionsAssist in repackaging and introducing repackaged products back into circulation within RBNA's standardsAssist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date productAssist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance.Secondary contact for warehouse access and securityOther duties as assignedRequirements/Qualifications/Skills:Prior warehouse experience, preferredExcellent communication, organizational and mathematical skillsAbility to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your headPhysical Requirements:Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead.Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds.Ability to stand and walk frequently.Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Clear background and drug testing.Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certificationPrior sales experience preferred.Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.Compensation/Benefits:Competitive compensation plan401 K matching program (4% at 100% match) vested after 90 days/1st day after next quarterEmployee Medical and Dental provided after 60-day probationary periodCompany provided phone#matadordist #J-18808-Ljbffr Matador-Distributing
