Family Medicine Physician - Flexible Schedule, Loan Repayment

Seeking multiple BE/BC Family Medicine Physicians to join team SE of Worcester, MA. Schedule Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM. No weekend, second, or third shifts. Full-time physicians scheduled for eight clinical sessions and two administrative sessions each week. Day split into 2 clinical sessions: morning 8-12 and afternoon 1-5. Each session you see 10-11 patients, total 20-22 patients per day. 32 hours of clinical per week (8 clinicals and 8 hours of administrative time). Administrative time can be remote or at home. If efficient, a 4‑day on‑site work week is possible. Ramp‑up period: start with 1 patient per hour and increase to full load after 6 months. EMR: NexGen. Patient panels: 900‑1200. Call Duties : Either 2 weekday call shifts a month, or one weekend call shift a month. Call is done remotely via telehealth. HPSA Score of 13 – Providers who commit to 2 years will receive $50,000 loan repayment. Clinical Team Our clinical teams are comprised of family physicians, internists, pediatricians and advanced practitioners working in tandem with dentistry, optometry, pharmacy and behavioral health – all under one roof. We also have medical interpreters on site and utilize telephonic interpreters as needed. Compensation & Benefits $210,000 - $230,000 per year. Medical insurance. Dental insurance.
