Fathom Plumbing Solutions is seeking a dedicated part‑time Plumbing Customer Service Rep to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. This in‑office, part‑time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $28, depending on experience and skills. Benefits Education assistance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Growth opportunities Uniforms The Growth You Help Provide as a Plumbing Customer Service Rep This is a part‑time role, with shifts scheduled during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. All work is performed in our Ann Arbor, MI office. In this position you will answer inbound calls and web inquiries, capture job details accurately, and provide information about our services to customers. You will coordinate a two‑week forward‑looking schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and expertise. Daily tasks include communicating schedule changes to the field team, entering jobs and maintaining detailed notes within ServiceTitan, following up on estimates, assisting with invoices and QuickBooks coordination, and tracking key operational metrics. You will play an essential role in supporting both our customers and our field team.
