Wildlife Exclusion Technician

$20–$25/hour + Bonuses | Company Vehicle | Paid Training | Advancement Opportunities

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Wildlife Exclusion Technician to join our team in Northeast Florida.

In this position, you’ll help homeowners resolve wildlife issues by finding how animals are getting into a property and making the necessary repairs to keep them out. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction, repair, maintenance, pest control, or other skilled-trade experience who enjoys working outdoors and solving problems.

• Examine residential and commercial properties to locate potential wildlife access points

• Identify areas where animals may enter and determine the appropriate solution

• Install exclusion materials and seal openings around roofs, vents, siding, foundations, and other exterior areas

• Perform basic carpentry, construction, and building repairs

• Place and remove wildlife traps when required

• Work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders and roofs, and in outdoor environments

• Record completed work and provide homeowners with updates and recommendations

• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach on every job

We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently.

Requirements:

• Current driver's license with a satisfactory driving history

• Ability to safely work at heights and in confined or tight areas

• Comfortable working in varying weather and outdoor conditions

• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds

• Good judgment, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Carpentry or general construction

• Roofing

• Home remodeling or repairs

• Pest or wildlife services

• HVAC

• Plumbing

• Other skilled trades

This position offers opportunities to increase your earnings as you develop your skills and take on additional responsibility.

• Apprentice: $20/hour

• Wildlife Technician I: $21/hour + bonuses

• Wildlife Technician II: $22/hour + commission opportunities

• Senior Wildlife Technician: $23/hour + incentives
