Job Opportunity: Acute Care Registered Nurse
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide empathetic, evidence-informed care to adult and elderly patients within our critical access facility. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Coordinate care among various healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate safe transitions between inpatient and outpatient services.

Requirements and Qualifications:- Current RN licensure.
