Groundskeeper/Maintenance AssistantThe Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant is expected to work 20-40 hours per week. The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant must clock in and out when at work.Competencies:Communication SkillsEye For DetailPositive AttitudeTeam OrientedThe Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant's duties include but are not limited to:Contribute to the overall guest experience through landscaping and maintenance of the outside and inside guest areas.Adhere to all Hoffman Haus operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos and verbal instructions.Assist Head of Maintenance regarding general landscaping and maintenance needs.Empty trash and collect recycling.Clean and maintain all public locations on the property, including exterior lighting and windows.Assist with cleaning interior windows, lighting and other hard-to-reach places.Maintain all exterior landscaping.Assist with moving furniture and other heavy items.Set up and break down furniture and deliverables for events.Any and all other duties not listed here.Requirements:Groundskeeping and maintenance experience preferred.Ability to walk, stand and work in a fast-paced environmentAble to lift up to and over 60 poundsAble to maintain a clean personal appearance at all times.Must be able to work during peak times, including on the weekends and during holidays.Side Street Hospitality - Hoffman Haus 608 E Creek St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624, USA
