Compensation: $100K-$150K base + top of market equity

We're growing extremely quickly, added $1M ARR in 30 days, and are onboarding customers faster than we can manage—we are now looking for an Associate Account Manager to help define and scale Virio's customer success motion.

What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers with ACVs ranging from $30K to $300K and above
• Build trusted, executive-level relationships with founders, CMOs, CROs, and GTM leaders
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing strategic engagement to drive clear customer value
• Translate customer business goals into ever-evolving GTM strategy and LinkedIn content strategy to maximize customer revenue
• Interview executives and extract insights to shape positioning, messaging, and narratives
• Use Virio's AI-powered systems to generate high-quality LinkedIn content at scale
• Add final human-layer taste and polish to ensure content quality, voice, and performance
• Ensure customers see consistent progress, outcomes, and ROI through LinkedIn channel and GTM as a whole through partnership with Virio
• Ensure best in class GRR and NRR via renewals and expansions
• Important: Find creative solutions to drive revenue for your clients businesses and make Virio indispensable - assist with outbound LinkedIn messages to ICPs who engage, find conferences/podcasts/webinars for the founder/Face of Content to speak at, coordinate successful launches, etc. like a valuable GTM partner/consultant.
