Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a strong rapport with patients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages open communication and trust.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, ensuring that all treatment is grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique circumstances and needs of each patient, incorporating various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and other modalities.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, meeting regularly to provide counseling, monitor treatment progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences and challenges.

• Refer clients to additional specialists as needed to enhance their care and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center caters to a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples grappling with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transition difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.
