SMT Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $21.00 to $25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
The SMT Operator/Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining SMT equipment in a high-mix, low- to medium-volume flexible manufacturing environment. This role ensures the accurate placement and soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
SMT Qualifications:
Must have previous SMT or circuit board experience.
- 2nd Shift
Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
- 3rd Shift
Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Able to stand for 8 or more hours a day.
