Service Assistant

We are seeking Service Assistants with experience in fast-paced environments who have a positive and team-oriented demeanor.

The Duck & The Peach , La Collina and The Wells are looking for experienced service assistants to join our team!

We are a trio of restaurants in Capitol Hill offering a thoughtful dining experience inspired by the seasons and American tradition. Our menu highlights fresh, locally sourced ingredients, paired with exceptional hospitality in a relaxed yet refined setting.

Service assistants support the team with food running, bussing, and polishing. Food knowledge is an expectation as well as cleanliness, organization, and time management.

Compensation :

• Hourly: $13/hour plus tips

Schedule :

• Part-time: 3-4 shifts per week starting at 4:30 PM Tuesday–Saturday, with brunch shifts on Saturday and Sunday starting at 9am

Qualified Candidates Will Have :

• Minimum 1 year of experience bussing tables and running food in a busy, well-rated restaurant
• A passion for great food and hospitality
• Team player mentality and attention to detail
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
