Professional Data Entry Clerk

Boise Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Professional Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information and records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Verify and correct data-entry errors as needed.
• Process documents, forms, reports, and other administrative records.
• Assist with compiling and preparing reports and spreadsheets.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
• Retrieve and provide data when requested by authorized staff.
• Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve missing or inaccurate information.
• Follow company procedures and data-management standards.
• Meet established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous data-entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
