TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tampa, FL to attract tenants and lease units. You will survey market rents, advertise vacancies, show units, and collect rents and deposits as part of daily property operations. The role requires affordable housing experience, CAM/ARM/COS certification or willingness to obtain, and 2+ years on-site leasing or 3 years in a related supervisory customer-service role.
