Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Overview Lake Superior College in Duluth, Minnesota, is currently seeking applicants for the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach position. Successful candidates should have coaching experience in soccer at the high school or preferably collegiate level. Candidates should have recruiting experience and knowledge of the NJCAA’s eligibility requirements for student-athletes. Duties Assist with organization of and participation in team practices Assist with game management and travel (i.e., team statistic tracking, travel arrangements) Assist in team recruitment and retention programs (i.e., recruit contact and related follow-up) Compose game summaries and report game statistics and information for website posting Required Qualifications Coaching experience in soccer at the high school or collegiate level Bachelor’s Degree (in any field) required Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the NJCAA’s eligibility requirements for student athletes Familiarity with Minnesota College Athletic Conference Experience with fundraising Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Lake Superior College is an Equal Opportunity employer and educator deeply committed to fostering the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
