Human Resources Specialist (Military)
As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) at the GS-0201-9 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Develop and employ program objectives and procedures which center on the recognition of outstanding performance by military personnel assigned to USTRANSCOM and its subordinate commands.
Coordinate and assist with essential military personnel activities related to joint liaison matters, joint personnel policy administration, execution of obligatory joint actions, and joint fiscal matters.
Assist TCJ1-M service branches with providing guidance to USTRANSCOM executive leadership, directors, and subordinate commands regarding military promotion and selection policy, procedures, and outcomes. Responsible for promotion and selection data analysis and the preparation of strategic messages for distribution to senior leadership in a joint environment.
Assist Military Service Branches with Strength Management and Joint Assignment activities for Active and Reserve Component military members assigned to USTRANSCOM.
