About the Role:

• Title: Internal Medicine Physician
• Location: Parkville, MD area (a short drive from Baltimore's vibrant culture and crab cakes).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, with plenty of flexibility. Prefer to start late? Early riser? Want half-day Fridays? We've got you covered.
• Typical Day: Split your time between hospitalist services and a skilled nursing facility (or primary care, depending on the day).
• Daily Volume: ~22 patients.
• Facilities: Rotate between 2–3 facilities, all within 30 minutes of each other.
• Call Schedule: One weekend per month, but no evening or weekend calls—so you can binge-watch your favorite shows in peace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage follow-ups, evaluations, new admissions, and sick visits.
• Help maintain and improve the health of individuals in the community.
• Bring your expertise and humor to a collaborative and supportive environment.

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $250,000
• Bonuses: Up to $50–75K annually (because you deserve it).

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Licensure: Eligible for Maryland state licensure.
