About Us: This is a full-time hourly position requiring 40 hours per week . We are a dynamic and client-focused law firm dedicated to delivering top-tier legal services. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated professional to support our civil and family law practices. We handle a variety of legal matters across multiple practice areas, ensuring every day brings new and exciting challenges. What You’ll Do: Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists. Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines efficiently. Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel. What We’re Looking For: A Paralegal or Legal Assistant with interest in civil or family law. Foundational writing and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with or willingness to learn case management and legal software.
