Job Summary Implement client AED programs including. Provide support to the Client Services Department. Duties will include general clerical and project-based work, as well as projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. The ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational skills, be able to manage their time wisely, work well under pressure, pay attention to detail in a fast moving and ever-changing environment and be willing to complete all tasks as assigned./ppEssential Functions/pulliAED Management Program launch conferences and webinar presentations/liliMaintain oversight of National Accounts as assigned/liliExtensive phone, email and chat contact with clients/liliImplement new orders to ensure registration is complete/liliConduct governmental notification of clients who have implemented AED programs/liliReview and understand federal and statutory law as it pertains to AED programs/liliResolve outstanding service issues such as bounced emails, failed maintenance checks, out of compliance sites AEDs, sites with no registered responders, and/or duplicate registered serial numbers/liliCreate and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Excel/liliCreate and maintain compliance documentation/liliSupport staff in assigned project-based work/liliAssist in scheduling training classes/liliObtain rosters from training classes, print and ship certification cards in a timely manner/li/ulpRequired/Preferred Education and Experience/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent. required/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills and Abilities/pulliBe proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook/liliBe able to perform internet related research/liliPerform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing/liliPossess excellent communication skills, both written and oral/liliWork well under pressure/liliPossess the ability to multi-task/liliPossess experience in customer service/liliPerform cohesively as a team member/liliPossess the ability to apply effective listening skills/liliBe dependable, honest and ethical/liliCreates a culture of mutual respect and a value for effective communication skills and strategies/liliAbility to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines/liliAbility to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external)/liliHeightened sense of personal responsibility.
