IT Training Specialist

2–3 years of experience in IT training, preferably within a healthcare environment Competency in Cerner clinical applications, and strong knowledge of healthcare IT and clinical/business workflows Strong experience training business applications and end users Mastery of eLearning authoring tools, preferably Captivate Significant hands-on experience developing Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), job aids, and training materials Mastery of SnagIt for training documentation and instructional materials Secondary (Good to Have): Experience supporting large, dynamic healthcare IT projects Experience with business applications such as Kronos, Lawson, and ServiceNow Experience with instructional design and multiple training environments, including classroom, webinar, eLearning, and lab settings Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced IT Training Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, stabilization, and remediation of healthcare technology and applications. The role will provide end-user and new employee training, develop instructional materials and eLearning content, support clinical and business workflows, and assist with technical troubleshooting in a dynamic healthcare IT environment. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver end-user and new employee training for newly implemented technology and business applications Develop training materials, Quick Reference Guides, job aids, tutorials, and eLearning content Conduct training across classroom, webinar, laboratory, eLearning, and conference-room environments Support post-implementation optimization, stabilization, remediation, and workflow improvement activities Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness to support successful technology adoption Provide technical troubleshooting and application support while investigating and resolving user issues Coordinate small projects and support activities within large and dynamic healthcare IT environments BENEFITS Medical | Dental | Vision | 401(k) EEOC Compliance: We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
