What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
Assess patients' needs, develop, and implement care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions as required
Monitor patient progress, document care, and update medical records accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient flow and care coordination
Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA and infection control procedures

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
2+ years of ER or acute care experience
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Ability to work overnight shifts and adjust to a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
