Flexible to work holidays as well. Call required 7 PM- 7 AM, 1 week day each shift each week and 1 weekend shift per month Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Job Summary: Provides service to adolescents and adults by producing high-quality images for Radiology and assigned areas within the Operating Room that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology. This role requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology, adherence to safety guidelines for patients and personnel, and fostering teamwork through effective communication. Flexibility is essential to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths, including responding to an on-call pager for days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends. Required Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or registry eligible with certification obtained before the start date of employment. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T.(R) (ARRT). ARRT registration in Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) within 18 months of the start date. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within a sterile environment and aseptic technique. Associates degree.
