Genesis10 is currently seeking a Platform Support Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining application stability by leading 24x7 incident management for multiple applications. The ideal candidate will drive incident resolution, perform troubleshooting, and manage escalations to restore services promptly, ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Drive incident triage and resolution calls as the Call Leader, ensuring rapid restoral of services
• Document and maintain detailed triage notes, including impact analysis for incident reporting
• Craft clear, concise, and accurate incident communications and post-incident reports to keep stakeholders well-informed
• Ensure data integrity and quality in incident management tools
• Identify production failures, creating incident and problem tickets as needed
• Utilize Splunk, Dynatrace, and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
• Provide executive summaries and tailored communications to stakeholders
• Continuously assess and enhance incident management processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues
• Develop and maintain administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in incident management and triage leadership
• Exceptional written communication skills for crafting incident communications, post-incident reports, and executive summaries
• Strong troubleshooting and impact analysis abilities
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as Splunk, Linux, and Dynatrace
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency to resolve issues
• Experience with process documentation and enhancement
