Construction Staffing Sales Representative Phoenix AZ

Job Description We’re a growing construction staffing agency looking for an experienced Sales Representative who knows the Phoenix construction market and already has relationships with General Contractors and licensed trades . If you’re a self-driven sales professional who understands construction workforce needs and enjoys building long-term client relationships, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Build and grow relationships with General Contractors and construction firms Leverage existing contacts within licensed trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) Identify client labor needs and provide customized staffing solutions Partner with our recruiting team to ensure timely, quality placements Manage accounts and drive repeat business Consistently meet or exceed sales goals What We’re Looking For 5+ years of construction-related sales experience Established relationships with Phoenix-area GCs and/or licensed trades Strong knowledge of construction staffing and workforce demands Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven What We Offer Competitive base pay + uncapped commission Growth opportunity with a fast-expanding staffing firm Supportive, local leadership and quick decision-making Relationship-focused sales environment #J-18808-Ljbffr C & J Staffing Solutions LLC
