- Business Analyst - NCApply**Job#: 3036475****Job Description:****Client:** Financial Services**Team:** TBA**Job Title:** Business Execution Consultant 4 / Business Analyst (Regulatory & Compliance)**Location:** Charlotte, NC (550 S Tryon St) – Hybrid (3 days onsite)**Contract Length:** 12 months (potential extension to 24 months)**Pay Rate:** $61 - $65**Top Requirements:**1. 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong regulatory/compliance background2. Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis within banking or financial services3. Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to independently drive requirements and analysis**Plusses:**1. Experience within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) or frontline banking teams2. Knowledge of US/global financial regulatory frameworks3. Experience supporting enterprise regulatory or large-scale compliance programs4. Strong analytical skills with ability to perform deep-dive (“peel the onion”) analysis5. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**Job Summary:**In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:*** Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, technology, legal, and operations teams* Gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements* Translate complex regulatory changes into actionable business and technical requirements* Support regulatory-driven initiatives to ensure alignment with compliance expectations and deadlines* Perform data analysis and support regulatory reporting processes* Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to regulatory changes* Collaborate with stakeholders across CIB and frontline business units* Drive deep-dive analysis to uncover root causes and meaningful insights* Work independently to manage deliverables and timelines under defined SLAs* Communicate findings, requirements, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders* Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliant and scalable solutions* Support documentation and reporting needs for regulatory programs
