Director of Agentic Practices

Leading the development of agentic AI applications, the full-time remote Director of Agentic Practices will manage the entire lifecycle of Health Advocate's agentic application portfolio, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Direct accountability for the performance and evolution of all agentic applications in production and development Define architectural patterns, tooling, and deployment principles for building agentic systems Hire and lead a team of engineers and practitioners to deliver production-grade agentic systems Required qualifications Proven experience building and managing agentic AI systems in production Technical expertise to set architectural direction and engage in technical discussions Experience owning a system or portfolio end-to-end, including accountability for performance Familiarity with healthcare technology or regulated industries Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and multi-agent system design
