About the Position
The Healing Touch is seeking a Colorado licensed Massage Therapist who is dependable, professional, and interested in therapeutic and medical massage. We work with chronic pain and complex cases, including disabled veterans, so they need to be comfortable assessing the body and documenting sessions. We are open to newer therapist that are trainable. Reliability, communication, professionalism, and willingness to grow are extremely important.
This is a clinical environment, not a traditional spa setting.- Perform professional massage treatments based on each client's needs and preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and treatment history.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
- Recommend appropriate massage techniques and wellness services.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow all applicable health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Maintain professional knowledge of massage techniques and industry practices.
Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy license or certification required in Colorado.
- years of professional massage experience preferred.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, or therapeutic massage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client comfort and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
