Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Manage discovery, depositions, and courtroom appearances. Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure high-quality case management. Qualifications Minimum four years of family law experience, including litigation. Strong knowledge of Florida family law and courtroom procedure. Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
