Caregiver, Home health aide and CNA

You will be directly working with patients, following a one‑on‑one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail‑oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Responsibilities: Must have experience working with clients with Asperger's syndrome, stroke patients, and an amputee who is very active. Assist client to all medical appointments 2‑3 times a week (will be compensated for travel), medication reminders (Insulin before meals). The client likes to go to the YMCA weekly for activities for 1 1/2 hours, and likes walking his dog regularly. General companionship and community engagement support.
