AI Trainer for Video Annotation

Help train next-generation AI by creating precise, high-quality annotations for short video clips. You will apply prompt engineering approaches, accurate timestamping, and careful review to produce data that improves how models learn, reason, and perform. This is a remote, contractor role contributing to a customer-facing project at micro1 where domain knowledge and attention to detail are the priority. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review and annotate short video clips according to project-specific guidelines and objectives.
• Apply prompt engineering strategies to shape clear, useful training inputs for AI models.
• Mark events or frames using advanced timestamping, ensuring timestamp accuracy for every clip.
• Maintain consistency and high quality across large volumes of annotations, including repetitive tasks.
• Perform self-driven quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted work.
• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and other contributors to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Follow established processes for timely and reliable submission of deliverables.

• Proficiency in English, able to comprehend and execute complex written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality results.
• Experience or familiarity with video annotation tools, data labeling technologies, content moderation, or quality assurance is beneficial but not required.
• Comfort with repetitive or high-volume tasks, and demonstrated time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project priorities and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
