AI Trainer [Remote]

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your subject-matter expertise to high-quality training data, evaluations, and feedback. This remote contract role values real-world domain knowledge, and prior AI experience is not required. Role Overview

You will help shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform through practical examples, clear written rationales, and rigorous evaluation across a range of domains.

• Review, critique, and create examples of AI model outputs across diverse subject areas.
• Evaluate, improve, and annotate datasets in collaboration with remote experts.
• Provide clear, insightful feedback and written rationales that support learning objectives.
• Write and refine prompts, questions, and tasks that test and expand AI reasoning.
• Contribute to ongoing testing of AI performance in realistic scenarios.
• Document findings, communicate progress to project stakeholders, and maintain accurate, engaging deliverables.

• Demonstrated expertise in a specialized field, such as science, education, law, engineering, or writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical-thinking ability, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver nuanced, constructive feedback and articulate suggestions clearly.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, project-based environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Adaptability in learning project guidelines and adjusting deliverables as needed.
• Interest in the development and ethical use of artificial intelligence.
• Experience with data annotation, prompt engineering, teaching, research, or technical writing is beneficial.
