Full-Cycle Recruiting & Pipeline Management Execute the complete recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer extension for high-volume security positions. Maintain a continuous pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to ensure rapid backfill and smooth contract startups. Collaborate with Area Directors of Operations to prioritize requisitions based on urgency and client needs. Proactively source candidates through various channels to minimize reactive recruiting. Hiring Quality & Candidate Evaluation Serve as the first line of candidate evaluation, assessing qualifications, professionalism, reliability, and cultural fit. Make independent hiring decisions balancing volume and quality standards. Deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand. Onboarding Execution & Compliance Complete all new hire documentation ensuring seamless transition from candidate to employee. Maintain 100% compliance with federal I‑9 requirements and coordinate background checks and credentialing. Performance Metrics & Accountability Meet defined performance standards including hire counts, time-to-fill targets, and turnover rates. Monitor new hire turnover and collaborate to improve first-week retention. Provide transparent daily and weekly activity reports to leadership.
