• Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient care and services

• Develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication among the healthcare team

• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
