Home-Based Acute Care OT - Independent, Impactful Therapy

Compassus

Providence at Home with Compassus seeks a Home-Based Occupational Therapist to deliver inpatient-level therapy in the home, conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans. You will work independently within an interdisciplinary team to support critical transitions and restore independence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy with an active OT license and BLS certification.
