Key Responsibilities

• Complete ongoing interdisciplinary assessments and develop individualized care plans
  
• Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
  
  
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and safety
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and internal team members
• Develops treatment program and establishes goals for improved function.
  
• Participate in part-time scheduling as needed by the team

Schedule: Part-Time Schedule

• Flexible part-time hours

Qualifications

OT Requirements

• Current Washington OT license (or ability to obtain)
  
• One year of occupational therapy experience preferred; home-health experience a plus
  
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Wage: $45-55 per hour DOE plus mileage reimbursement
