Industrial Electrician

Position Overview We are seeking experienced, qualified, and safety-conscious Journeyman Electricians to join our team on-site at the TSMC Arizona project. In this role, you will be responsible for executing complex field tasks, leading crews, and working alongside field engineers to ensure high-quality electrical installation in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Execute complex electrical field tasks including wire pulling, conduit bending, and precise tool hook-up/wire termination. Lead and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Interpret construction drawings, schematics, and project specifications in the field. Maintain a strict commitment to safety protocols and job-site compliance under the direction of Field Engineers. Requirements & Qualifications Proven verifiable experience working as a Journeyman Electrician, preferably within industrial, commercial, or high-tech facility construction. Valid U.S. driver's license. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Ability to successfully pass a rigorous TSMC-required background check and a 10-panel drug test.
