The Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA is seeking a Part Time, nonexempt Program Supervisor to lead the after‑school program, ensure safety, and maintain staff ratios in a Tampa location. Responsibilities include coordinating with the school, communicating with parents, and supervising counselors. Required: HS diploma or GED, 3+ years youth experience with 1 year in leadership, and CPR/First Aid certifications within specified timelines.
