What is Global Credit FinanceGlobal Credit Finance is the Bank’s lending division. The team oversees a portfolio of 10 different products with over $104B of notional commitments. Its 150+ member team operates in the US, EMEA and APAC with offices in Boston, Irvine, London, Munich, Gdansk, Luxembourg, and Bangalore. Global Credit Finance’s mission is twofold: to attract and retain clients of State Street through the use of the firm’s balance sheet; and to add income and diversification to the company’s portfolio of on and off-balance sheet investments. Our products include Private Markets – Subscription Finance, Private Credit, Real Money Funds-Liquidity and Leverage, CLOs, Municipal Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Leveraged Loans, Corporates, and Stable Value Wrap.What you will be responsible forAs a Co-op, you will work on a diverse mix of functions, your responsibilities as a GCF Business Support Team(BST) Analyst may include:Perform regulatory checks for Reg W, Reg O, Volcker, Reg GG across all GCF products globallyAssist with the monitoring of BST KPI reportingCreate documented process flows for assigned functions and processes in support of BSTAssist with the completion of remediation plans for internal and external exam issues including legal documentation reviewCreate and update existing procedures including performing walk throughs with the SME's, developing and updating controlsProvide additional BAU support as neededSkills we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleStrong analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skillsOrganizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsA positive attitude and high level of attention to detailsAbility to work successfully in a self-motivated environmentEducation & Preferred QualificationsPursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or Liberal ArtsWhat we do.
